Step for owner to do :
1) find house DB location at house
2) open the DB
3) snap the photo on DB components
4) send the photo on DB components through whatapps/email to us
5) we will start analysis the DB components
6) will turn the analysis to practical schematic for owner
7) will advise owner in email whether the DB components are comply to Suruhanjaya Tenaga(ST) & TNB requirement
8) If not comply, will propose owner to install proper DB components
9) owner can find any electrical contractor follow the schematic we propose to install on their house
10) It is the final decision for owner whether they want to change it or leave it
Why we doing this:
- to increase awareness of the people on their housing DB electrical components
- Since others resources to increase awareness of people just using online statement without practical method
- Some people not even know how their house DB work for the electricity supply
- Therefore those resources may not suitable for certain people
- we hope through this method we offer could teach people maintain their house DB components in more practical way
Current our job scope are:
- as electrical contractor for renovation & project
- as electrical consultant for renovation, upgrading & project
We also offer:
- to design new housing project or renovation electrical layout and schematic for owner
- to issue out prelim drawing, tender drawing, construction drawing, shop drawing, as build drawing to owner/contractor
- to issue out the tender BQ for owner/contractor
- to calculate and fill in for tender BQ for contractor
- to do M&E cost estimation for owner/contractor
Others job scope:
- As mechanical consultant and contractor for Fire, aircond, lift, etc. services.
- As Architect/planner and main contractor for housing, shop lot, factory, shopping mall, landscape, etc.
